We were never huge fans of lobster until we found this easy recipe. It takes the fishy flavor out. You can eat it as an appetizer or plate it with your favorite veggies.

Take lobster tails out of shell. Devein if needed. We like to remove the empty veins. Place on paper towel and allow to drain for 2-4 hours. Once drained, baste lightly with Cointreau. Place on parchment covered baking sheet. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overcook. Flavor with garlic and butter to taste or garnish with your favorite cooked veggies. This recipe works for prawns as well. Yum!
